Not a serious or seasoned hiker but we were able to do this hike in a total of about 4 and 1/2 hours. The first two miles were pretty flat and gentle. Then there were periods of pretty steep terrain then flat all the way...更多
This trail is definitely not easy, but its really not that bad. It does feel a little longer than 3.4 miles to the junction with the AT, but it might just be because its uphill for what feels like forever.
