I can't speak to how good of a camping spot this is because we were on our way elsewhere and this was just a short stop to look at the petrified wood. Small entrance fee if you are only going to look at the wood...更多
We stopped by this little park on our way into Escalante after 3 days at Bryce Canyon and if I had known about it earlier I would have camped here instead! The short hike to see the amazing petrified wood is great but...the little campground!...更多
It's a short-ish hike that has a numbered trail guide with interesting facts about flora, fauna and history. We didn't complete the hike because we ran out of light but we got up to the top and could see into Escalante and see our motel.
