Very old and interesting house. I was working close by and stopped in & got my own private tour. The tour guide was very nice and informative. The roof of the house has a water collection system that could be used for cooling the house...更多
We were totally impressed with the this Architectural Wonder and how it was built. Charles Mead, the tour guide was extremely informative and we walked away a little more enlightened with the history of our great state!! Southern ingenuity at it's finest!

The Sebastopol House is the probably the most interesting and historical site in the city of Seguin. To get a private tour, my group and I went through the Seguin Convention & Visitors Bureau. There was so much history to learn about during this tour....更多
We did not get to experience the tour because they were closed when we arrived. You might call ahead since we visited during the business hours of 9-4 pm. We arrived at 11:50 on Friday 2/26 to find the sign reading next tour at 1pm...更多

If you haven't been here it is really cool. Mr. Mead is very knowledgeable about the house and the town. I really enjoyed learning all the history.
