This park is a true gem. Our tent camping site was near the Duck River. It was raining terribly when we came and when we left, so we didn't get to experience the usual cooking out, campfire, etc. But the site was private, yet not...更多

Friendly rangers, gorgeous trees. We got a campsite right on the river, which sends a lovely breeze through the forest. Campsites are large, with individual potable water pumps and generous area for tents. If you need a camping spot in this area, I really recommend...更多
We enjoyed visiting the park. They have a trail that runs by the water. Wear comfortable shoes to walk in. They have places to have a picnic. There is a bathroom facility to use.
The Old Stone Fort is a beautiful place to walk through even if you are not interested in the history. The tour is self-guided and the park staff are ready to answer any of your questions.
