This is a great pedestrian-only bridge that spans downtown Chattanooga with the NorthShore. Don't rush this stroll. Catch the side of the architectural stunner Hunter Museum, as it hangs off the bluff, look out over MacLellan Island and take in the twinkling Tennessee River.
There is always something going on in Coolidge Park and Walnut Street Bridge. The view of the River and Park from the Bridge makes for a great stroll any time of day or night.
A wonderful place for a stroll or a bike ride. Great views too. The old bridge has been converted to a wonderful place to take in the great out doors.
This is a wonderful bridge closed to motor traffic. It is historic and offers great views of both sides of the river. It is easy to walk with minor inclines getting to the bridge from the river shore. The north side has a wonderful park...更多
We used this bridge frequently during our three day stay in Chattanooga and watched sunsets from it. Certainly an important item that enhances the downtown experience.
My wife, two small boys, and myself took the short walk from the aquarium. It is very much worth the trip. The views are neat, and the bridge itself is attractive. It felt very safe during daylight hours at least for me and my family....更多
Nice view. Connects to city on the other side of the river without moving your car. Usually has a little breeze on hot days. Also good place to ride a bike.
