This is always a fun way to pass time. Little gifts are sold table side along the walk. You can see goat island and watch the goats graze. The boats come and go along the harbor and free, live music makes you want to stay and enjoy the night.
The Marshwalk at Murrell's Inlet is mostly a lot of restaurants, with a few vendors in the middle. We went on a beautiful night, before it got dark, and the view is amazing. Walking the Marsh Walk is a pleasant evening stroll and good exercise. Also stop at one of the many fine restaurants along the way. We walk their about once a week.
This is the coolest place! We heard all about it and drove down from Myrtle Beach to check it out. A delightful boardwalk around the Intracoastal Waterway and lined with fun open air seafood restaurants with semi attached bars and large verandas and decks/docks for enjoying the view and breeze. We stopped by the marsh to check it out. It was low tide and here's the things we saw; grass, mud (a lot of mud), crabs, birds, clams, and oysters. It stunk to high heavens as low tide mud does. I'm sure if the tide was in it would have been great though.
