The State Museum now has a planetarium and 3-D and 4-D theatre. The renovations are wonderful. There are standard exhibits and rolling exhibits (the most recent on the Romans and their innovations), planetarium shows, movies, and lots of other things for both adults and children...更多
We went to the Julius Caesar exhibit. It was worth it, very well done and interesting. The museum itself was a good slice of SC history - farming, textiles, old cars. The planetarium was a nice show. My wife liked the 4D shallow seas adventure...更多
The museum was good before the update but now!! With the new 4D theater, observatory and the planetarium it has tripled the pleasure. Take your family and you will enjoy it. Remember that the first Sunday of each month the cost to get in is...更多
Something for everyone. Industrial machines, old autos, military weapons. Displays featuring different time periods including early natives, explorers, pioneers, and so forth.(Loved the one room school house.)Planetarium. Beautiful handmade instruments, tables, chairs,etc. Ample parking on site. Easy to access off from I-20.
