This is an awesome place to hike. I am an avid hiker and it is peaceful, clean and just a great way to take in nature. Pack a picnic and bring the family and friends. Typically sanctuaries do not allow dogs.

Ninigret has several trails of various lengths. Trails are level, some are paved with views of the pond. There is plenty of parking and bathroom facilities. No bicycling allowed.
There's easy access to the pond if you have your own kayak and there are many places to explore. This pond is best paddled close to high tide since there are many sandbars. There's plenty of wildlife to view and there are many great places...更多
We've been here a couple times and it features a huge bay that's great for kayaking as long as you get in early as parking can be an issue.
