Pennsylvania State Parks are, in my experience, always well maintained, with good camping facilities and excellent conservation. You can always feel like you've escaped it all, even though you're camping with hundreds of others just a few miles from civilization. Ohiopyle is no exception.
A very clean park. So many outdoor options at many levels. Best to go in the shot summer and end up in the water. There is a natural waterside. After 3, rent a duckie and do the loop for $25. Several outfitters in town.
Ohiopyle State Park is one of my favorite parks to visit in PA. It offers many activities for outdoor enthusiasts. It is most popular for white water rafting. I like to hike and photograph the waterfalls.
This is such a beautiful place. enjoyable for hiking or just to hang around.
