We visited the Oregon Gardens for the first time last weekend. What a beautiful garden filled with very interesting, well maintained and established plants, trees, flower, etc. We were there for about 1 1/2 hours, which was just right for us.

The garden is fairly mature especially for its age. Begin with the tram tour As An overview. The use of water is interesting. Many different themed areas are educational. Great exposure to many new to us plants. A fun afternoon.

This garden is very well maintained and interesting. The paths wind through various types of gardens-- conifers, roses, Lewis and Clark, etc. There are water gardens, an indoor tropical greenhouse, picnic areas. Oregon Gardens is one big water recycling area where the stream runs from pond to pond past multiple water plants that clean the water as it passes through on its way back to the river.

Its a beautiful location we chose to go to in large part because of high reviews and there are a number of Geocaches hidden within. The overall visit was nice, not as dramatic and colorful as many gardens we had been to, certainly not meeting...更多
