We took a couple classes here and they really enjoyed it. So did the staff. The volunteers that work there were super helpful and nice. They knew so much about the planes and there was a lot of history told to us on our tour....更多
We decided to go because mu husband dream to see the biggest wood airplane in the world and because was rainy.
But everyone had a lot fun and a lot information, everybody in the museum are very helpful.
We had a great docent who explained some of the exhibits. He was really knowledgeable and fun to be with. There are 2 buildings so plan on seeing both. The displays are well done. This is a great place to stop.
Plenty of planes and plane parts packed inside; a handful of space related items; a ridiculously extensive model collection - almost certainly the largest in the world by a single modeller.
