Well thought out and informative displays. It tells a lot of the story of Sheringham in an easily digestible and memorable fashion. Would recommend to all age groups.
Excellent value for a small entrance fee. Knowledgeable lady greeted us and explained what we would find in the museum, which frankly was a pleasant surprise with an abundance of interesting features. Just happened to drop in and very thankful we did. The layout is brilliant with lots to see and do. It is enlightening to see just how difficult and dangerous being a lifeboatman has been. It's not a case of if you have time to visit -MAKE TIME.
Discovered this lovely museum by accident on a visit to Sheringham over the Easter weekend - what a little treasure i is. Housed in a very unusually shaped building with some fascinating exhibits a must see. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.
Popped in today - had never been although I live fairly locally. Excellent displays of local history, including old shops, fishing, lifeboats, local and natural history. Friendly and welcoming staff. Well worth visiting.
A great museum about Sheringham and the local area, including four historic lifeboats, fisherman's display, recreations of old high street shops and fossils.
