The Convention Center is new, functional, and beautiful. The caterer sucks. While participating in a professional society meeting from July 9-13, 2017 I skipped lunches on Monday and Tuesday. They looked so unappetizing (gray-colored meat) supposedly fajita meat? grossed me out just to look at...更多
This is our second time here for the AAU National Karate Championships, and everybody at our dojo has commented on the fact that this is our favorite venue. We all stay at the Marriott which is connected so we don't have to even go outside...更多
The convention center is always busy. They have lots of shows here, ie home show, boat show,car show etc. Parking is easily found but not free. They have escalators and elevators so handicap individuals can access the shows easily.
I've attended conferences in other city's convention centers and Raleigh's is now one of my favorites. Lots of natural light. Easy to park and navigate the large space via multiple escalators or stairs. Plenty of lounging areas outside the meeting rooms and grand ballrooms. In...更多
Plenty of parking nearby. Directly connected to the Marriott. Nicely laid out property in a general sense, with a couple of exceptions in the "you can't there from here" type of experience with elevators. For travelers with walking disabilities that extra stress is not welcomed....更多
