A very easy hike to the falls .4 miles mostly climbing steps. We visited the falls during a rain storm but the canopy of trees and our rain gear kept us dry. The falls are gorgeous but difficult to photograph due to their enormous height!...更多
Mingo Falls is off Great Smokey National Parkway..Rd. 441. Definitely a must visit while in Harrah"s visiting the Smokey National Parkway. There is so much natural beauty that one will be spiritually refreshed every time you visit. One of many beautiful scenes in Cherokee.

If you are visiting Great Smokey Mountains National Park, the drive to the trail head is a little bit out of the way. The actual walk to the falls is very short. The view of the falls is a great reward for the modest effort...更多

We were at Mingus Mill and the attendant at the mill drew us a map to get there. We are so glad we went. Worth the hike up the steps and amazing falls. Enjoyed it and would probably go again...
