This was a treat my wife and I stumbled across while visiting the Adirondacks area. We set out on the outer marsh trail that allowed use to see a heron and wood duck.

Amazing hiking/trail running. The trails are very well maintained and clear of any debris. If you have bad knees these trails are great, they feel like they are cushioned. No really difficult areas to get to, or steep climbing. Great for a family day out.
