This place is just a river, really nothing else, the rest is the story behind and the fact that it is a secret place for Boutanese. I would not waste time to go there but if you are visiting Ugyen Chorling Palace( highly recommended) then you can stop, it's on the way.

This spot is very sacred for the Buddhist as the legend goes that the Treasure Finder Guru went into this lake with a burning lamp and came out with the burning lamp. Located about 30 mins drive from Bumthang, the lake is a deep gorge along the flow of the river.
