今年11月6日拜访此地,员工服务态度以及按摩师手法都很好,但是空调安装在正对着按摩床的位置,直接吹向背部,导致了我严重感冒,结果客服经理的回复是我自己本来就不舒服而且没有和她们提及空调问题,但是事实是我不仅和按摩师说了很冷,让她关闭空调并且在之后的调查问卷写了空调安装的不是很适合。客服经理的回复让我很生气。
I had a very nice hot stone treatment on Nov 6th, and after that I had a very bad cold and I gave a very bad score on trip advisor, not complaining the service or attitude but the A/C in the treatment room.
I didn't check my account until today, the guest relation manager replied me, she apologized for what happened to me and she also mentioned that my condition wasn't well before my treatment begins.
WOW, surprise, how did she know that I was unwell before the treatment? I think most people go to spa not because they are in a perfect condition, I go to spa when I am feeling tired and need relax, if I feel unwell, I normally go to hospital, not spa.
I did mention that I fall asleep during the treatment at the beginning cause I had a long day. I was so sick when I wrote that comment and I think I didn't explain what the long day means. I am living in Indonesia and I flew to Bali very often, on that day I flew from Surabaya to Bali in the morning and spent the whole afternoon in potato head beach club, and then visited THE CARE directly around 6pm. A long day didn't mean I arrive there at midnight and super tired, and the manager said the therapist turned the A/C off because they think my condition is bit unwell. The truth is during the treatment on my back, my nose blocked and woke me up, I told the therapist it's cold, she was very nice and trying to adjust the temperature, I looked up and found the A/C was right next to the treatment bed and the wind blow to the body directly. How come they set the A/C so unprofessional? I asked the therapist turn the A/C off and my throat felt a little bit uncomfortable already, but the rest of the treatment was going alright.
After the treatment I had some hot ginger tea, even my throat wasn't feeling very good, I still appreciated the hard work of the staff. They gave me a feedback form, I did mention the A/C wind blow to the body directly, was not a very smart design on that form and how could I know that I gonna have a bad cold from it? The manager mentioned that I didn't wrote anything on the feedback form? I think maybe she didn't even check or didn't find the right form. Or she can just post it on trip advisor.
I made a complained only because of the A/C, I appreciate their service at the beginning of my comment. But after read the reply from the manager, somehow I don't feel that she really wish me get well soon.
I think the A/C installation is a defect in the treatment room I went, I didn't see other rooms, but I think A/C vent shouldn't be aimed directly at the bed as a common sense.
The manager seems speaks very good English, but what she replied to me, really disappointed me and I won't go back to this place in the future.
