While it was a bit pricey (though everything in Hannibal seems to be that way), it was well worth the price of admission. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and recommend it to any and all! (Though you probably will not want to wear shorts and a tank top... the cave is delightfully cool.)
Caves were very interesting but our tour guide, Jeremiah, made the experience outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and really entertaining. The hour long trek through the caves went very quickly due to Jeremiah's interesting explanations of each of sections. I highly recommend this attraction if you visit Hannibal.
We went here to dry out the weekend of the Great Girlfriend Getaway. They were closing because of a flash flood alert. Got back in the car but the flash flood beat us. Took two of our grandchildren to the cave for their first visit. They really enjoyed the tour and all the stories the guide told. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining and could answer all of our questions.
This attraction has two different caves and a winery area, along with a campground. I came just for the cave tour. There are two caves, the Mark Twain Cave and Cameron Cave. A little reluctant after reading a few of the bad reviews, however, the tour was a pleasant surprise. Tour guide was funny with his cave related humor. It was good for our kids, 4,6. About on par $$ wise with the variety of other Missouri caves.
