We were doing a day trip in the delta one day and found this on the way to Greenville, MS. It was very informative about the cultures on the native american's that inhabited the areas.
We visited during open hours but no one was at the site and the mounds were closed off. Inside the small museum was a video and some nice archive collections but it was too small to spend much time. The mounds were visible but not...更多

Visited Winterville Mounds while in Greenville for the MS River Marathon. Interesting video at the visitors center telling the story of the mounds. Well worth the time.
