Very bad experience. After I purchased the works on the cruise on Dec 20, last year, I still not receive all the works. I have sent the messages to your service representative Ms. Kerri Connelly, she said the last work forgot to sent out.
After that message on Jan31, she totally disappeared. I sent several messages to chase up, and till today I did not receive any response!
