Located on the St. Ignace side in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the view is fantastic of the Straits between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron.
The story of the bridge is well told in the visitors center.

This is a great view of the Mack Bridge. There is a small visitor center with a little history of the bridge and clean restrooms. Outside, there are benches for taking in the view, a statue commerating the bridge workers and a bell formerly used...更多
There is plenty of grassy area for playing and taking pictures. In bad weather there is a very nice building with large windows and nice bathrooms. Also a video of the history of the bridge and lots of plaques you can read.
