3 lovely mains, pasta and steak based (hubby said best he had ever had), a side of garlic bread, 3 stunning puds, wine and a soft drink for £80. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff friendly. Would definitely go back
Booked for a 9.00pm sitting, but had to wait until 9.40pm to sit down at table along with a number of other diners. Menu's arrived. Then starters which were OK. Afterward Jefferd's tavern we toured the old one room school house. There were original ink stains from the old ink wells. Very interesting to see and didn’t take long maybe a half an hour. But worth stopping in to see if you have the time to see these amazing pieces of history.
