It is a historic charming theatre. Enjoyed seeing the inside of the theatre, appreciating local artwork on the walls and mingling with other guests. This was a fun event where snacks (typical movie popcorn/candy/beverages) were available for purchase. The visit was during the international film festival and the sponsor provided a few complimentary snacks and water at the end of... 更多
The ambiance here for seeing a movie is just the best! I so enjoyed visiting once again. I went to movies here back in the 70's when I was in college so it was great to revisit.
Set in downtown Lexington, with free nearby parking, this theatre is something special. It is a "proper" theatre with interesting architecture and real atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places in Lexington. The theatre has been restored and refurbished in the last few years but has still retained many original features and its old charm. This is a great place to catch indie or art house films that may not come to larger theaters, as well as classic films and some regular events... 更多
If your in town visiting or a local then this place is a must on your to-do list. The Architectural is elaborate and mind blowing. The craftsmanship take you back to another time. This theatre serves alcoholic beverages with a nice Merlot. Even if the movie isn't satisfactory then you will still enjoy yourself!
This is a great theatre and they have really renovated it nicely. It serves alcohol and there's plenty of room to move around and use the restroom. I have attended two events here for the Rocky Horror Picture Show midnight participatory theatre and had a great time. I'd suggest going here for midnight movies as well. It's in a great... 更多
I went for a screening of a documentary but couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the theater itself. It was amazing and I'm sure it had some interesting history but I didn't have time to research. It was a delightful venue to see a film in and I highly recommend stopping in.
