It was built right over an intersection but you cannot hear any traffic up there. I imagine it would be a great place for a concert or jazz ensemble. It's also a great way to get around without getting into traffic or weather.
Though most people just walk through it, this is great place to spend a little time relaxing. With all the windows; it's enjoyable watching the traffic (auto and human) below, or the weather/sky above. If one is really lucky, there may be some live music...更多
I thought this would be a good corner to have an aspiring student musician to play regularly. Changing up every week with a small stipend to the student. Even local student artists to be given a corner for the same purpose.

This was kind of interesting design for the building. It is actually right over the street. But you cannot hear the traffic. The day I was there a band was playing. It was a great way to kill time.
At the end of the Circle City mall, take a left, and walk above the busy intersection into the Arts Garden. Quiet spot to sit and relax, or listen to the occasional musical entertainment. Then take the south-west exit down to the Rhythm Discovery Center...更多
I never understood what the big deal is with the Arts Garden. There never seems to be any art or anything else located here and is simply a walk through on the way to the Hyatt. No place to sit, eat or anything to see.
for many, this is just a pass through to get to the mall from offices to the north. The various art displays and concerts make it worth slowing your walk and enjoying the experience.
