I guess this could be average if you're really into older Arabic mosque type buildings, but they basically are condemned and closed to the pubic! The grounds are just falling apart and the neighborhood in general is a bit sketchy and scary.....
The 1920's era Arabic style buildings, of which only a few are left are interesting. It's a very questionable area. Suggest going in the morning and not lingering. Hopefully this area will be restored.
