Very nice spot with a nominal entry fee of $2. I was there on a windy day and saw the water blowing through the rocks. You should be wearing a good supportive sandal or shoe as there are lots of rocks with sharp edges. You can walk a good distance without encountering lots of people. There is a short walk... 更多
Go when it is high tide and you can watch the waves crash on the Anastasia Limestone Rocks! Just beautiful! Also there are beautiful trails to walk. Be sure to go across the street and visit the conservation center!
Beautiful beach. We went to the refuge, walked through the mangroves, walked along the beach, cooked out on a grill at the park, and climbed on the rocks. Awesome.
By 'Small Place' I mean actual brick'n-mortar admin. building and visitors center. The lagoon walkway and adjacent boardwalk are interesting.... but the actual sea-shore is unique along Florida's actual coastline, and it will allow a long walk down the shore. Low or High Tide visitations will offer up something other than expansive sand playgrounds. You could spend all day here... 更多
