My friend and I visited the Englewood Farmer's Market 3 weeks ago and we were very impressed. Not only do they have every kind of food available, they have art, jewelry and local services and information booths. The vegetables were very reasonably priced and everything was so fresh. I recommend this place for everyone. There may be something they have... 更多
When we are in Englewood I make sure I visit the local farmers market. They have fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and seafood, honey and other great foods. Make sure you try the fresh made doughnuts, they are amazing!
For such a little town, Englewood has an awesome Farmer's Market. The market straddles Dearborn Street--make sure you visit both sides. There's lots to choose from --a couple of places that sell plants & herbs, a local citrus provider that has fruit and fresh juices, a couple of stands that sell organic produce, one of which sells local eggs. Farmers Market on Dearborn: love this place. Great fresh vegetables, beautiful breads and even pre-mixed mixers (just add alcohol), flowers, soaps, jewelry, etc. It's all here. The spiced pickles are wonderful as well as the olive pesto. Sugar scrubs, and face lotions. Something for everyone.
The Englewood market has so many beautiful fruits, veggies, breads, cheese, and specialty items that your head will spin. The crab cake and paella guys have delicious food to go too. Also;herbs , potted plants and flowers are fantastic. I like to browse the "art fair" area and always find something nice . THURSDAYS. 9-2
This is a very extensive market and if you enjoy the experience of a farmer's market, you'll enjoy it. There are lots of vendors and you should go early because it gets packed! Another observation is that it is quite pricy so bring lots of cash!

So many choices of various fruits, vegetables, cheese, meats, syrups, jams, jellies, nuts etc. Glad I brought my own carrying bag. Crafts and lots of other items available as well.... 更多

They really need to move this event to someplace with more room. Traffic is jammed, the streets were laid out half a century or more ago and never improved - too narrow... 更多
