Love this beach! Great parking and plenty of shells to pick. Doc restaurant is there as well which makes it very easy to get some food and drinks... Watched the sunset from there as well. Perfection!
In high season parking is an issue at this Bonita Springs beach..........early arrival with either your own food and / drinks. Moderate size beach, hot day kind of crowded. Lots of broken shells to walk on. Small parking area. Fills up between 10 and 10:30. Pay to park $2 per hour so pick how long you plan to stay. The two of us enjoy playing cards but are not sun worshipers. There were several areas that we could sit at a picnic style bench under a shaded area and play as long as we wanted. We were close to the water and enjoyed our stay on several occasions.
Every public parking was either metered, pay at the machine, or some guy with a money bag asking for $15 to park. Gouging has been reported. Visitors beware. The beaches should be accessible for ALL. Don't waste your money...go to north Florida where beaches are open to the public, no cost, and whiter, cleaner sand. You should be ashamed Bonita... 更多
We stay at the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club, so access to the beach is excellent. The beach is very clean and there are limited shade trees available. There is a restaurant close by. Parking is limited if you don't live or stay close by. However, the access is excellent.
