We spent most of the day visiting The Great Stupa and hiking around the area. Very pleasant. The Stupa is remarkable. They do have a cafeteria, even overnight lodging if you book ahead of time
We went on a four day retreat which included meditation and yoga as the main focus. Note if you go for a four days here there is a three day that coincides you will be repeating classes and info, which would have been nice to...更多
It is always nice to visit. Very quiet and beautiful area. You need to spend a lot of money here if you want to learn more about the spirituality that this place offers.
My kids and I got to visit this when we took our first trip to CO and it's AMAZING, it's so cool driving up in the mountains and then seeing this there. Can't wait to visit again
I had wanted to attend a class here for many years and finally did. I stayed in a single room with a shared bath, and the quarters were fine. Show and Bath private enough. The grounds are wonderful, and I enjoyed my strolls and walking...更多

I stayed at Shambhala two nights on their Getaway summer promotion, which does not have structured yoga or meditation classes. I brought along art supplies, books, and journals to pass the time, but found plenty to occupy my time just hiking some of the trails...更多
