If you've been caving a bit before,this tour is probably not going to be very interesting, but it is cool inside. The elevator ride down and the "hotel" room in the center are interesting. If you're passing through, I'd recommend it.
The caverns are off the beaten path on Route 66 and frankly don't look like much from the outside. We relied on what others have said in choosing to visit.

This is a very interesting tour. The history of the caverns is fascinating with how it was found and the fact that it's still a fallout shelter filled with supplies the government put in there back in the 60's.
