We stopped at Matutu Brewery for the noon brewery tour. We were so happy with our discovery! The building itself is set back from the main road. At first look, the building looks like it's abandoned. However we peeked inside to find two Kiwis brewing away. We got a personal tour and tasting of the finest suds on the island.... 更多
The experience is not so much of a tour as it is a relaxed sit down and tasting as their brewery is so small. We had an awesome time with our brewer who spoke so well and was so informative with his knowledge. This is real craft beer!! It was very interesting and we all learnt a lot. Just 6... 更多
This is a tiny local brewery. No fancy bottling machines (which have never been running when I've been on tours at large breweries). Labels are placed on the bottles by hand. The talk is informative and the beer tastings are great.
This is a must if you're staying in Raratonga. It's only a small craft brewery but my husband says the beer is great - I'm not a beer drinker. They have two tours and tastings a day - we were picked up from our accommodation and taken to the brewery for the tour - total cost $30 for pickup/return and... 更多
It was raining and a fellow traveler suggested we visit. So we called up the brewery and the owner picked us up at the resort and we went to the brewery. It is small but fun and they make good beer. They sold good, fun T-shirts so our T-shirt purchase for the trip were taken care of. We sampled all... 更多
We came here to check out the local craft beer and was so impressed seed with the flavors and story behind how they brew. Also all the information around local craft vs. main stream. Well worth the visit and the flavors make for a really refreshing taste on a hot day. Thanks team - we will be back!
We did "tour" which included beer tasting. Their beers are on the expensive side but that' the price you pay for quality craft brew! Go check them out!
This is described as a tour, but really it is a talk in the brewing area. However, fascinating, informative, and entertaining, accompanied with a few tasting glasses! Our 1 hour tour ended up nearly 1 hour 20 minutes!
