Great little hideaway on a beautiful lake. If you want some good, Andalusia is a short trip away. We loved David's Catfish House. Great camp hosts too.
Beautiful state park. The.park may seem small. There isn't much to do there. But if you are looking for a place to relax, perhaps fish a bit, read a book; this is the place for you. Very friendly helpful staff will help you get your stay started and then the rest is up to you. Most RV sites are directly... 更多
We love state parks and tend to gravitate to them as we travel America. Frank Jackson is one of the nicer parks we have stayed in in Alabama. Large lots on the lake come with full hook up, cable and wi-fi that really works. Staff is friendly and park is quiet. The lake has a community of alligators so swimming... 更多

This makes the second time we have stayed at this park for Thanksgiving and rented the pavilion for the day. The pavilion is clean when we arrived & the staff are really friendly. I... 更多

Spacious sites, most sites are on the lake, very helpful, accomodating and friendly staff, great wifi, cable. We have stayed extended periods. Great hiking trails Downtown only a few minutes away. Walmart about 15 minutes. We have family 20 miles away and this has become our park of choice.
Thank you for visiting and sharing your great time with us! 更多
Great park on the lake with large lots and full hookups. Also has wifi and cable. Little pricey for an RV park, but I guess it's because it is full service.
Thank you for your patronage! Frank Jackson seems to be one of our most favorite parks! 更多
We pitched a tent. Nice view of Lake at site. The sites are gravel, so definitely bring something like and air mattress or thick pad to sleep on. Park has a long walking path that was great for our dog. It was very peaceful and away from everything.
My Mom and I just completed a wonderful 9 day tent camping adventure to Frank Jackson State Park and we really enjoyed it. It was very hot and humid and in the high 90's, but it was pleasant @ night and we actually needed our sleeping bags a couple nights. We stayed @ site 3 in the primitive camping area,... 更多
