Very nice and clean with laundromat and bath house and sewer and water hookup with 30/50 amp service pet friendly, alot of trees so satalitte is iffy but local channels used with regular attenna works great. We have gone a couple of times to Chickasabogue and have enjoyed it a lot. You don't have to dress up to get there or be fancy while you are there. There are lots of kids and it is definitely a family place. But it is quite small. That is really what we like about it.
Our favorite place to kayak. We go upstream, after passing several sand bars, the bigger boats can't make it. The creek is beautiful, lots of trees. Some places are a little tricky to navigate. Love this place.
We were looking for a place to run while in Mobile...wanted to try some trail running and the park caught our eye. We ran the Cemetery Trail and The Beach Trail...total was about 4.5 miles on my Garmin. Nice trails, it was $1.00 per person to get into the park. The guy at the main gate was very helpful and... 更多

Beach on the river...canoeing...boating...disk golf...trails...camping...ball fields. Well maintained and staffed with friendly and informative people. Worth the stop!
The water was too cold for me but the kids had a blast cooling off in the water. The bathhouse was nice after a long day of swimming. The price can't be beat and the staff were very friendly. A few patrons were a bit gruff and vulger to be around children.
I had this park on my list of places to go for a while. I was able to go for the first time last month, and had a great time. Got lost on the nature trail, but made it out safely. Beware of the spiders.
