Booked their service more than 1 month ago prepaid 4000 baht and told them will take a 10-year-old girl whose English understand is ok but can’t read much and I will accompany her to explain things. They said nothing about it then. I asked if they can provide Chinese testing and they say yes.
8 days before I left home, I sadly broke my eardrum and wrote email to tell them about it expressing that maybe I need to cancel my booking. They said “when you arrive will see what we can do”.
Based on the above info, if they think it’s not proper for me to book service in their place they can just easily reject my applying then I can have better choice but they don’t and put me in an awful situation after arrive.
The receptionist took more 2 hours to finish with inpatient attitude, nobody host us and introduce things after we arrive their office. Different instructors gave me different wrong information just trying to play around things etc. They finally decided they can’t offer course for my daughter and asked me to transfer to other Chinese speaking school after the other day afternoon.
I don’t know how they will perform under the water, but the behaviors above the water is really awful. In one word, they are not trying even pretend to be friendly to non-English speaking Asia people.
As a small group, they can not offer professional service when they have a busy schedule. Keep finding excuse for their bad service. I haven’t meet such bad service ever before.
To be honest, be careful to book this small group since as a diving school they have very limited resource. When I asked for accompany my daughter on boat at very beginning they said that’s not possible because they had only small boat and nobody looking after me on boat. But that’s not a question at all to any big diving school in this island. You also need to pay extra 200 baht for swimming pool because they have to rent others, or it’s just an excuse not serving us. Better ask clearly everything before you make your decision.
It’s my bad experience here and hope other Asia people not meet same bad thing as me again.
Finally, as my topic shows, they didn’t refund me anything for serving nothing.
这是中国人尽量要去避免选择的一家店,也是我惨痛经历得出的教训。选择潜店,大店要比小店靠谱的几率更大。
他们对中国人漫不经心的态度实在是很可恶,也伤害到了我的女儿,每次路过都会说那是坏教练的店。去选择其他中文潜店吧,服务又专业又好。我为自己的偏见和无知付出的代价,但愿你能避免。
