The Sugar Shack makes their own maple syrup for a great price, lots of other gift ideas there as well. A definite must stop!
Had read other traveler forums, so knew it might be a bit "hokey," however we totally enjoyed our brief visit. A small Norman Rockwell museum occupies half of the Shack, with souvenirs, food, maple syrup/products overflowing the other half. Before we entered, we were greeted by a cheery, welcoming young lady ready to assist in our meeting our sweet tooth needs! In fact, all the staff we encountered were just as cheery and helpful! We bought several 'gifts' to take back home! They also highly recommended taking the quick drive over to the Norman Rockwell House.
