If you've been in Russia for a few days, chances are you've seen dozens of Lenin monuments, so here's one more. This one is the biggest I've seen however, so it might be worth a visit to take a few pictures. It's on Lenin Square, on Lenina Prospekt, right in front of the Pavlov's house memorial.
I don't know if this should be called Volgograd as he is some 30 milometres from the city centre. Only 15 rubles on the 77 bus but it takes more than an hour. Get off the bus immediately it crosses the canal bridge and walk left 20 minutes. I arrived near midday and a good front photo was not possible.
