The 17 Island Park were awesome! They had nice snorkel spots, plenty of beach, telletubies-hill-style mainland Flores view, and Bat Island (Pulau Kelelawar). The price was 400k for a boat/day, with addition of 50k/person for snorkel kit rent and 70k/person for lunch in deserted beach (local tourist rate). Better to stay in Riung one day in advance thus you can... 更多
Riung is a small fishers town from which you can go to the 17 Islands. We stayed at Cafe Del Mar for one night and then camped on the islands. The people where really friendly and they played some nice raggea music at Cafe Del Mar! Ask for Armando to organise a camping on the islands. He was very helpful... 更多
This village is quite small - 2 streets,~4 accomodation options, ~3 restaurants and a market. If you are short on time it is not an essential stop as it is quite far out of the way, but if you can spare a couple of days it is well worth the visit. 17 Islands national park is amazing, one of the... 更多
Riung is a nice quite fisherman village. Not much action or things to do. You can go on a boat trip to the islands and that's it. If you like to have some peace and quiet and just be of the grid for a few days, this is the perfect to be. Bring a book.
Quiet place, not as famous or crowded as Labuan Bajo. But still it has their own attractions. I was arrive at 4.30 pm so it's kinda late, but we manage to see "Kalong" or u can said it as bats. It's massive, too many and too awesome for me to watch. Jaw dropping experiences for sure
If you stop to Riung you should definitely book a boat trip. There are 17 islands, you will not do everything but you will not regret it. The place is just amazing. Lots of colours under the sea: it's like a piece of art. Fishes are beautiful, you will see every shape, every colours and every kind !! Watch out... 更多
Very nice day trip with great snorkeling in 3 different locations, a visit to the island with the largest bats you have ever seen! The trip includes beach bbq with the freshed fish you ever had! A little gem were you need to go!
It was a tough, long, slow drive to Riung, but that is just Flores really. The accomodation is a little more pricey for what you get in the rest of Flores, but it was suitable enough. The town isn't too interesting, and there is not a lot to do unless you like strolling around with not much to look at.... 更多
