It is situated in near the 'Laxmi Vilas Palace. Usually this place is famous for getting vehicles to other districts and states because it is the place where many tours and travelers offices held and many another vehicles are available like autos and buses.

Although it is mentioned among 10 must sees in many blog, I found it quite uncharismatic, both location-wise and look-wise. It is nothing but a long pillar with lion atop. It may have a significant history attached to it, but my recommendation is NO-GO for short visitors
