This museum is just a short and pleasant drive from US Highway 1 and is well worth the trip. Rail fans will enjoy the history of the Maine 2-Footers and the Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington Railway. Imagine seeing actual 2-Foot equipment in action. Time your...更多

The ALL volunteer staff has done an incredible job at preserving a small part of Maine history. Take a trip back in time to another era behind a Maine built 1891 steam train. With little exceptions it is easy to imagine life back in 1910...更多

As a railfan I was naturally drawn to this working museum for the two-foot gauge Maine railroads. But my wife, not a big railfan, had a great time too. The train crew were very friendly and well informed. And the equipment and ride were lots...更多

The WW&F is a little gem located in the historic village of Alna, Maine. Although the 2 foot narrow gauge steam railroad ceased commercial operations years ago, a five mile stretch of the tracks has been restored, using tiny steam engines that haul antique passenger...更多
