Great place, interesting to visit with kids, cool production facility and factory. Wish there was more about growing the peppers, however, the 5-year process of making Tabasco from seed to bottle is very well explained. Cool shop with samples. Restaurant was pretty good also.

The Tabasco Visitor's center and factory is a very interesting tour.
It will give you information about the origin of the Tabasco company and also gives you a peek into the factory.
