It is definitely worth seeing. Must say that interiors are in very bad conditions. Actually this house is kind allegory for Ukraine - nice outside, some things inside are good, some nearly perfect, but some are very bad but can become better.
In general I strongly recommend to walk around this area - there are a lot of nice houses....
