If you want to feel the real spirit of Sofia, this is a must see. You can find a lot of vintage (and new) books, but most of them are in Bulgarian. There are a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Don't miss the famous statue of Petko Slaveykov and his son - Pencho, sitting on a bench at... 更多

Square with lots of bookseller stalls that have been there for ever. The square itself is not much and now it's surrounded by fast food establishments, there are a lot of nicer ones in Sofia. But if you like books (especially old, used books - and most are in Bulgarian) - it's a good place to browse.
This square will always remind me of my childhood, when i used to go with my parents. There are book stores there and i always use the opportunity to look for books.
