向导为我们提供了非常周到的服务，在每个游览地点都提供了详细的讲解，也会耐心地等待我们拍照。就是英文讲解适合对当地历史有大概了解，且英语有一定水平的游客

Screened through the tour companies and decide to go with Ervin.... and this proved to be the best decision and made our Sarajevo journey complete. apart from visiting the tunnel musuem , Ervin took us to the two spots that had blow away views (1984 winter Olympics and another mountain top). the tour also came with lots of history and personal touches going through the war perood. Price can't do the justice to the unprecable services and knowledge shared. Highly highly recommend. this is a must do during your time in Sarajevo! 导游自己开的公司，很幸运只有我和朋友两人参团但最多也只有7人，体验真的很棒，除了隧道博物馆还去了冬奥会和山顶看整个萨拉热窝绝佳摄影地，导游丰富的历史知识也让我们收获很多

Ervin是一个非常可爱和真诚的人，在萨拉热窝的第一天，他给了我们一个很棒的游览和对城市的了解。欧文告诉我们了很多关于萨拉热窝的日常生活，过去的和现在的，这些你根本无法从书中学到！他让我们在城市里感到很受欢迎，我们真的很感激他与我们分享的一切。我们特别喜欢市场上品尝食物，他在旅行前后都通过邮件给我们发来的建议和信息！和Ervin做朋友好像就是和半个萨拉热窝做朋友，当你见到他的时候，你就会明白为什么这样说！
