1. 我们飞内罗毕的航班延误十小时，以至于半天行程作废。我考虑是航班原因未和地接提出任何折扣补偿之类。但是地接想把两个陌生女生放我们车上去安博塞利。第一次和我沟通时我明确拒绝后她爽快答应。但是到车那，司机又把那两女生领过来，并试图道德绑架我接受。其中一个女生还觉得蹭车理所当然让我更加生气。争执了十几分钟后以那个女生坐另一部车作罢。这个事我后面和地接沟通过，她们始终认为没错。我认为两女生小伙伴既然选择了不等她们，那她们就应该意识到会产生安排其他车的额外费用，而不是理所当然让我们承担她们航班延误的损失。
2. 没有时间观念，四天行程迟到了三次，第一天没吃早饭，我们说让他去吃。第二天因为乞力马扎罗山出来了，我们拍照主动延迟了半小时出发。后面两天无原因都迟到20分钟。且最后一天未征得我们同意帮客人绕路送东西，导致我们去JW比预计晚了一个小时。到的时候啥人欢迎都没有[失望R]估计因为他的到达时间一改再改吧。从一点到一点半到两点最后两点半到达。
3. 新月岛行程因为预定时没想好去不去，付定金时就剔除掉了，且费用明确是55刀。但司机坚持是60刀，直到我给他看了聊天记录后又说可能是不同的公司答应了55刀。结果我们快到岛上时想到小红书上说的新月岛骗局，看了下定位，询问了划船小哥，结果真的不是去新月岛，而是什么nature walk。划船小哥当着我们面和司机确认后才改送我们新月岛，还一再说不是他的问题，是司机让他送的。这两个地方门票就差3刀。简直难以理解。
4. 到达奈瓦沙酒店时已经天黑了，我就想第二天早上多拍些酒店照不上岛，不过我们朋友想去。上岛的地方距酒店就十来分钟车程，我想分开行动，但司机拒绝这样，因为说折腾。我当天有些生气就把这些天烦恼和地接说了，地接说是因为安全原因酒店不让他们把客人单独留下，但理由牵强，因为司机当晚也未住酒店。
5. 非游猎的开车过程太多电话了，一个小时感觉能接四五个。

在联系了十几家地接后，毅然选择了Buymore～首先老板julie真的很真诚！司机Charles也很专业，该看的动物一个不落，角马迁徙也看到了！！酒店餐食也很不错！等过几年还会再来！～回来之后每天都看狮子家族，后劲不是一般大～😭

firstly, thanks so much:)), Nadzua is so nice and help us lots. we are so lucky to meet Nadzua as our trip planner and Vicent as out driver guide. they will make their promise and try their best to provide excellent trip experience. beleive me , it's really amazing to choose the little agency.
i travelled with my friend. our flight delay, Nadzua and Vincent have prepared the second plan and wait us until our arrival. in the first day, we arrived at Samburu until midnight, i cannot forget the amazing meal with big moon and golden stars, and cannnot forgent the friends who help us, park protecter, the police, the waiters in Samburu lodge. we enjoy so much and have a good rest after the long trip.
the most important, the trip experience was excellent. we saw all big five and special big five. we choose the 8 days safari trip, from samburu- lake narkuru- Masai Mara- lake navashai- amboseili, all of these parks are different, you can find different amnimals and nature views. except the masai time was short, all are perfect. next time, we will come back and choose Buymore again:))
我们是今年9月份过去的，选择buymore,真的意外中带着大大的惊喜，和Nadzua沟通了近几十封邮件，每一个问题和担心都为我们第一时间解决。一路的旅程司机也很靠谱和有趣，除了我们这次在马赛安排时间较短，没有等到过河，其他想看到的动物都看到了，一路还学到很多动物的知识哈哈，小baby真的很萌哒哒
真心推荐Nadzua作为你的guider，ps, 一路最惊喜的住宿，lake navasha sopa. 一定要住在那里，真的很棒哦：）

Nadzua helped me a lot.
The trip to Kenya was very pleasant. Except for waiting for the driver for 45 minutes on the 2nd day, and telescope was NOT professional.
We are very lucky that this year's migration was started from 6/4 , ahead of schedule. Otherwise we may not see it.
We loved the Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp in Masai Mara. Everything was perfect. Strongly recommended. (the disadvantage is that it is a little farther from the park).
我们是2019年6月底去的。今年的大迁徙提前6/4就开始了，所以我们很幸运的看到了，我们看到了犀牛，看到了猎豹捕食，狮子们分工捕杀羚羊，狮子猎杀河马，狮子交配，猎狗抢食，嘭嘭打架，角马迁徙。。。。。可惜没有找的花豹。
建议还是8月去， 提前1年订酒店。我们这次提前半年，很多喜欢的酒店都订满了。如果你对住宿有要求，一定一定要提前订。
