The cathedral is nothing special but we were met by a friendly guy - probably staff who insisted on giving us a free tour inside. We were told several stories about the church and its founders. If you are touring the city you could spend half an hour here.
the church is old but very nice and big, situated on top of a hill. surrounded by trees and natural beauty. When you are at the Cathedral you get a nice view of Kampala city.

I preferred this cathedral to Namirembe Catherdal as it seemed to be less impersonal and felt like spiritual home to the local people. It has an interesting shrine to the Ugandan martyrs.

One of the valued place by the Catholic religion, the architecture is so amazing plus the way this place makes you feel you are with God, i enough for me to love the place.
...and different. Same choir, but drumming! Aside from that, the inside is very plain. At least they didn't require money to go inside like the Anglican church (Namirembe)! It was nice to walk through, although it was during mass so we didn't do much.
