Like most National Museums in Western Africa, this is a very poor collection of random artifacts... not much interest, I don't think one will learn much, but it can be worth a 5-10min visit since it's pretty much the only cultural attraction in Conakry.

It's good. I was starting to think Guinea was gonna bore me. . But.. I found their artwork and I think I like their artworks. And the Port.. they also have a lot of fishes.. of different varieties.. so it's really nice.

What to say....it is Guinea's only museum, and I visited at the height of the ebola epidemic, so the few visitors it may attract normally were not there. The owner/director opened the museum for me, after looking for the keys for a good 30 minutes....更多
