Mark Leslie from Cayquest Tours was our privite island and snorkel guide. He is Belizian and lived in the area 30+ years. Mark was fantastic and we'd go back and do it all again if we didn't have to return to the states. What a great gentleman and host.
Mark from Cayequest took us twice to this island. It is absolutely beautiful and amazing to see so many conch shells all around the island! Love the place!
This little island is a jewel. Private island with beautifully manicured paths and a lovely beach. We saw a small nurse shark right off the beach. We chartered a snorkeling trip with Mark and he cooked an amazing lobster and conch lunch for us. Idyllic. I heard others talk about their time on Silk Caye and how busy and overcrowded... 更多
This is a beautiful tiny private island. We chartered a fishing trip with capt Prince Gongora, which included a stop at this island. While there, he cooked an amazing meal with some of our catch.
Quiet, less crowded little island, beautiful and bucolic, perfect for a lunch stop. The view from the outhouse is the best I have ever seen!
Mark from Cayequest is a great tour guide -very knowledgable and passionate about marine conservation. As an added bonus you get to have lunch on his families private island and feel like a real castaway. For a no crowd individual snorkelling day Mark from Cayequest is the man to go with. Highly recommended
This small caye is a privately owned. You must have a guide that has access and there are several. We went with Mark with Cayequestadventures. We had a wonderful lunch prepared by Mark from his catch of the day from the previous snorkel site, lounged on the beach, there is shallow areas for the kids and great snorkeling around the... 更多
We too stopped her for a lunch break on a Snorkel trip. The weather was a bit rainy and cloudy the day we went. So getting to the island was a bit of an adventure itself. it's a very small secluded island. Small walk path on the island outlined with conch shells..... a gazillion conch shells!! The island has no... 更多
This great little private island was a stopover place for our snorkeling adventure. There were a couple structures, one which housed the kitchen area and an outhouse (working toilet!). There is also a little sandy beach area. Very pretty, it was a great place for lunch and rest.
We went with Mark Leslie cayetours. The only people there were our group of 6 and the caretakers. The water was spectacularly clear, large rays came right up to the shore!,,
