Walking into the Willard Hotel alone is an experience onto itself, the lobby and hallway echoes old world opulence. I was there for a Center for a New American Security event, arriving early decided to visit the Round Robin Bar.

We stopped for drinks while staying at The Willard. The service is fabulous! Attentive and friendly! We ordered a few drinks and a few small plates. The flavors were all good and the drinks strong. Nice little stop!
After spending the day walking outside on a cold day, this was the perfect spot to have a warm drink. My wife had the Spiced Apple Brandy Cider and I had the hot Butter Rum. They both were excellent.
