This church is right under the Arch. Easy walk from downtown hotels. Interior is not as ornate as most Basilicas but just knowing the history of the place makes it very sacred.
A Really Old Church & the current building dates back to 1834 and was the original Cathedral till the Bishops seat moved & the Cathedral Basilica of St Louis took precedent. Can't be compared but in it's own right is just as beautiful and humbling...更多

Oldest building in St. Louis. Is Greek Revival Architecture. Awe and reverence-inspiring church. Conveniently happened to be walking back and there was not service going on. The building was empty, but open for visitors.
