There are materials here *but not on display.* Apparently you have to make special arrangements to get access. What you can see is a small room with changing exhibits. It is not a real museum, just a place for some administration. So, they don't let you examine all the building: it's just possible to see the ground floor and the backyard. But still it's interesting and worth coming in though it won't take you more than 10 minutes.
The building is old and amazing, but the muzeum inside is bad. It's almost nothing. One room for contemporary exhibition and thats all. You can see the other things on the internet. So don't come here, almost nothing there.
